1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reeti Riwaz Events website and all related services. By submitting an enquiry, entering into a booking agreement, or using our website, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Accept these Terms in full

2. Description of Services

Reeti Riwaz Events provides professional event planning and management services including, but not limited to:

• Wedding planning and coordination (full, partial, and day-of)
• Corporate event management
• Birthday, anniversary, and social celebrations
• Destination weddings (India and select international locations)
• Sangeet, Mehendi, and pre-wedding events
• Venue sourcing, décor, catering coordination, and guest management

All services are subject to availability and are governed by a separate Service Agreement or booking contract signed between Reeti Riwaz Events and the client.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

A formal booking is confirmed only upon:

• Signing of the Service Agreement by both parties
• Payment of the agreed booking deposit (typically 25–30% of total event cost)

Subsequent milestone payments are as defined in your Service Agreement. All payments are to be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque as specified. Cash payments above ₹2,000 are not accepted per applicable regulations.

4. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete event information in a timely manner
• Review and approve event plans, vendor selections, and décor concepts within agreed timelines
• Make payments as scheduled in the Service Agreement
• Not engage vendors directly introduced through Reeti Riwaz Events during or after the engagement without prior written consent
• Ensure all venue permissions, licenses, and compliance requirements are in place

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photography, event design concepts, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Reeti Riwaz Events or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reeti Riwaz Events shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Vendor failures, force majeure events (acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics), or third-party service disruptions
• Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill

Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Reeti Riwaz Events under the relevant Service Agreement.

7. Force Majeure

Reeti Riwaz Events shall not be held in breach of these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or acts of God. In such events, we will work with you to reschedule or find an equitable solution.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
